It is an ancient Chinese way of exercise to achieve Health and Tranquility. ‘Tai’ means ‘Limitless’ and ‘Chi’ means ‘Energy’. Today, Tai-Chi is explained as ‘Internal Kung Fu’ or ‘Meditation in motion’. It’s a series of gentle movements that make up a form. And the movements are elegant, smooth, gentle and slow. The internal energy is harnessed; all with little strain on the body.
